Salad Dinner

Good morning,

We love to eat.  That's obvious from the pictures of food that I share here.  We have so many wonderful food temptations while we are at sea and traveling back and forth to the port.  Then, there is the draw to the kitchen here at home.  We just love to cook!

Every once in awhile, we get very sensible and make a salad meal.  The salad above is one of those:  romaine lettue, strawberries, cauliflower, carrots, and tuna.  There was no added salad dressing.  Just moving the cottage cheese around provided more than enough salad dressing.

Yes, it was yummy, and we have each lost 3-5 pounds since we left the ship.

Yea!

Salads are great and especially in hot summer weather...plus no cooking required, another good part!
